To register for the first annual Dixie Derby please download the registration form.
The form can be faxed to 217-283-7873, emailed to
shannon_ruh@hoopeston.org, or mailed to the Chamber of Commerce Office
at 301 West Main Street. Payment needs to be recieved in the Chamber of
